Our live Japanese Muki Hotate Scallops (ほたて) are expertly de-shelled and cleaned by the chefs in Japan, before being flown into Kuala Lumpur.

Firm, sweet and succulent, these fresh translucent-white sashimi-grade babies are available in trays of 500 grams . Each fleshy scallop weighs around 30g.
